You may only maintain one active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts in an attempt to manipulate virtual currency balances, referral bonuses, or promotional offers is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts.
4. Virtual Currency and In-Game Items
The Service may include a virtual, in-game currency ("Virtual Chips") that can be earned through gameplay, promotional offers, or purchased from us for real money. Regardless of the terminology used, Virtual Chips are not real money, do not accrue interest, have no monetary value, and are not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from us at any time.
When you "purchase" Virtual Chips, you are acquiring a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Virtual Chips solely within the Service. You acknowledge that you do not own the Virtual Chips, and you agree that we have the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or eliminate such Virtual Chips as we see fit in our sole discretion, and we shall have no liability to you or anyone for the exercise of such rights.
Transfers of Virtual Chips between users outside of the designated in-game gifting mechanics are strictly prohibited. Selling, buying, or trading Virtual Chips for real money or tangible items outside the platform constitutes a severe violation of these terms and will lead to immediate account termination.
ALL PURCHASES OF VIRTUAL CHIPS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. We are not required to provide a refund for any reason, and you will not receive money or other compensation for unused Virtual Chips when an account is closed, whether such closure was voluntary or involuntary.
5. User Conduct and Fair Play
We pride ourselves on providing a fair and competitive environment. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use or promote the use of any cheats, bots, hacks, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service or the poker gameplay experience.
- Engage in "collusion" or "chip dumping"—intentionally losing hands to transfer chips to another player. Our system utilizes automated monitoring algorithms to detect irregular play patterns.
- Exploit errors in design, undocumented features, or bugs to gain access that would otherwise not be available or to obtain a competitive advantage.
- Harass, threaten, demean, embarrass, or otherwise harm any other user of the platform, including through the in-game chat functionality. Profanity, racial slurs, and hate speech are strictly forbidden.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including any employee or representative of the Service.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose, including advertising or soliciting other users to buy or sell any products or services.
We reserve the right to monitor your gameplay and chat interactions. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, modify, or terminate your account without notice if we determine that you have violated these rules of conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WSOP Free Poker and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WSOP Free Poker.
By submitting user-generated content (such as profile pictures or chat messages), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that (i) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (ii) any errors or defects will be corrected; (iii) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (iv) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
In no event shall WSOP Free Poker, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WSOP Free Poker and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) content posted on the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration recognized in your specific jurisdiction.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (i) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (ii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action-basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (iii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
11. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
